Terms & Conditions
Effective 18 August 2026
The terms that apply when a business purchases or uses the DevSphere Voice managed AI receptionist service.
Acceptance
By purchasing or using DevSphere Voice, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Eligibility and Business Use
The service is provided for business use. It is not offered for personal or household purposes.
The DevSphere Voice Service
DevSphere Voice is a managed AI receptionist platform. DevSphere configures and operates the receptionist and supporting automation around the information, rules and integrations selected by the customer.
Managed AI Receptionist
The receptionist answers calls and performs configured actions such as capturing information, checking eligible availability, booking appointments, sending supported notifications and applying escalation rules.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the business information supplied, for lawful configuration and use, and for any consents required in their jurisdiction for recording or messaging.
Account Access
Accounts are provisioned by DevSphere following purchase or by an organization administrator. Customers are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under their accounts.
Subscription Plans
Plans include a recurring subscription and defined usage allowances and capabilities, as described at the point of purchase.
Setup Fees
A one-time setup fee applies as shown for the selected plan. It covers initial configuration and implementation work associated with preparing the service.
Recurring Billing
Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled in accordance with these terms and the then-current billing arrangements.
Optional Add-ons
Optional add-ons may be purchased in addition to a plan. Some add-ons are included with particular plans. Availability and configuration of certain integrations depend on the customer's setup and the relevant third-party provider.
Usage Allowances
Each plan includes stated usage allowances. The platform warns an organization as usage approaches its included allowance, at 80% and 90% of the applicable allowance, and again when 100% of the allowance is reached.
Additional Usage
Additional usage beyond an included allowance may be supported where separately agreed with the customer. Any applicable pricing or billing arrangement will be disclosed and agreed before charges are applied. DevSphere Voice does not apply an undisclosed overage rate.
An organization may instead be configured for a hard usage limit, in which case the affected service may be temporarily unavailable once the applicable allowance is exhausted, until additional usage is purchased or a new allowance becomes available.
Billing and Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by DevSphere Voice.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan and then-current billing terms.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Customers may request plan changes. Changes take effect according to the applicable billing arrangements.
Cancellation
Customers may manage eligible subscription actions through the supported billing or customer portal, or by contacting DevSphere Voice, subject to the applicable plan and then-current billing terms.
This clause requires final business approval before launch. No refund entitlement is stated.
Customer Portal
Where provided, a billing portal allows customers to view and manage supported billing details.
Third-Party Integrations
Integrations with third-party systems are provided subject to those providers' own terms and availability. DevSphere Voice is not responsible for third-party services.
AI and Automated Output Limitations
Automated systems can produce errors or incomplete results. The service follows the rules and information configured for the organization and does not exercise independent professional judgement.
Emergency Handling Disclaimer
DevSphere Voice is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for emergency responders or professional safety advice. Escalation follows the rules configured by the business.
Call Recording and Consent
Where recording or transcription is enabled, the customer is responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable law.
Customer Data
Customers retain their rights in the business and end-customer information processed through the service. We process it to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The platform, software, documentation and branding remain the property of DevSphere Technologies.
Acceptable Use
The service may not be used unlawfully, to harass or deceive, to transmit malicious content, or in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates telecommunications rules.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available and may perform maintenance. No specific uptime level or service-level commitment is stated in these terms.
This clause requires final business approval before launch.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where non-payment occurs.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DevSphere Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use of the service.
Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify DevSphere Technologies against claims arising from their unlawful or non-compliant use of the service, or from the information they configure it to use.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
